Beekeeping

Due to illness and the pandemic, the beekeeping course has been postponed.

However, a couple of days before my birthday, the course organisers invited me to visit the apiary in St Albans. So one sunny Sunday morning I went to see them and really enjoyed the experience. I found it fascinating to see the hive close up. However, I think I will see if I can 'shadow' a beekeeper for a while before I commit to getting my own.
