Delivery
Orders are usually despatched within two working days by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For Delivery™,
with the exception of commissioned Dolls, which will be despatched within 28 days by Royal Mail
Recorded Signed For Delivery™. If more than one item is purchased, postage & packaging will be combined accordingly. Heavier items will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Postage prices are calculated according to Royal Mail tariff.
Items heavier than the above will have to be collected either from our premises, or by visiting our stall
at one of the markets or fairs where we will be trading. Other items purchased from our website can
also be collected from our stall by prior arrangement saving on postage & packaging.
For items ordered from "Jelly Road", the delivery times will be negotiated at the time of order. This is a new entity, manufacture & delivery times are still to be formulated.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
However, if for some reason you are not happy, you can return any item (with the exception
of certain commissioned Dolls) within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging with tags intact.
Items are returned at your expense. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Recorded Signed
For Delivery™ and retain proof of postage. A full refund or exchange (excluding postage) will
be issued within 28 days.
Alternatively, to save on postage, please bring the offending item to one of our market stalls. |
