What's New in May & June 2019...

I have spent most of my spare time in May tidying and organising my studio. It's such a small space and I have a lot of stuff! I altered my neice's bridesmaid's dresses for her wedding next month, that job seemed to go on forever!

I am delighted with my book display unit. Now I've got to persuade farm shops and other outlets to stock it...

Turning to my second book, I am working on enlisting the help of a literary agent. With regard to merchandise, I got hold of a consignment of Waitrose lanterns which make the most perfect Travelling Flower Fairy* Gardens! I am very pleased with the outcome and have posted them in my Grumpy Gnome Merchandise Shop. Now my studio is tidy, I can spend my days in fairy Nirvana!

I had a lovely day out on Wednesday 22nd May at the Chelsea Flower Show with my friend, Victoria. The weather was glorious and the flowers, gardens, crafts, atmosphere was just magical! Have a looksee at some of the pictures we took.

In June, we went on a canal holiday. We sailed from Linslade to Daventry and back again. What a fabulous time we had. The weather was pretty kind to us, despite the adverse weather warnings! I was very pleased with the photo's I took, if you would like to see please click here.

The day after I got back I took Rosalie to the Bekenscot Model Village in Beaconsfield, with Matron and her grandchildren, Frankie & Flo. We had a lovely time, with a picnic, ice cream, miniature train ride and of course the wonderful models!
